FAQ

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account turns read-only. You can still open, search and download everything, and you can edit again once you subscribe. We never charge you unless you subscribe.

Can I take my notes with me?

Yes. Notes are plain Markdown files. Download any file or folder as a ZIP at any time, even after your trial or plan ends. A ZIP holds up to 10,000 files or 2 GiB; for more, export every workspace from Settings.

What counts toward the 30 GiB?

Everything you store: notes and their past versions, drawings, and uploaded files. Files in the trash count until you delete them. Search indexes don't count.

How do I cancel?

Cancel in Settings at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and we keep your data until you delete your account.

Where does my data live?

On Google Cloud in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't show ads, sell your data, or train AI models on your notes.

Once the launch offer ends, do I still pay $40?

Yes. Subscribe yearly before the launch offer ends and you pay $40 a year for as long as you stay subscribed. New yearly plans go back to $80.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet, sorry. Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap. Until then, the web app works in your phone's browser.
